Memberships
Bronze, Silver and Gold run on a 28-day cycle and renew automatically from your payment card. Your classes are for that cycle — if you use them all before your renewal date you can pay as you go at £12.50 a class. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your account: each takes effect from your next 28-day cycle. For more classes within the current cycle, ask Dave. Indoor Bootcamp and Fit Mummy are booked in advance and paid for with credits, at £12.50 a class.
Tasters and drop-ins
Free taster classes are available for outdoor bootcamp only. Drop-in classes are £12.50, payable at the class.
Cancellations and refunds
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies across PT, small group PT, classes and sports massage. Cancel a booked class at least 24 hours before it starts and your credit goes straight back; cancel inside 24 hours and the credit is used. If we cancel a class (e.g. dangerous weather), your class credit is returned.

Exercise carries inherent risk. By attending you confirm you're physically able to participate; if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury, check with your GP first and tell Dave — every exercise has a modified version. Follow the coach's instructions at all times.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for personal property at outdoor sessions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
