24 hours' notice
At EBC, when you book a Personal Training session, Small Group PT, Indoor Fitness Class, Outdoor Bootcamp or Sports Massage, that time or place is reserved specifically for you. As a small independent business, last-minute cancellations can mean that I am unable to offer the space to someone else. For this reason, I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
🏋️Personal Training & Small Group PT
24 hours or more notice
You can cancel or rearrange your session free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.
Less than 24 hours' notice
Cancellations or rearrangements made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full or deducted from your session block/package.
No-show
If you don't attend your booked session without cancelling, the session will be charged or deducted from your block/package in full.
💪Indoor Fitness Classes
Places in indoor classes are reserved in advance.
24 hours or more notice
Cancel your place in the app or on the booking page at least 24 hours before and your class credit goes straight back to your balance, ready to book another class.
Less than 24 hours' notice
Inside 24 hours your place can't be cancelled, and your class credit is used.
No-show
If you don't attend your booked class and haven't cancelled within the required notice period, your class credit will be used and cannot be refunded.
🌳Outdoor Bootcamp
Places in outdoor bootcamp classes are reserved in advance. Cancel yours in the app or on the booking page at least 24 hours before and the class goes back to you to rebook.
24 hours or more notice
Cancel at least 24 hours before and book any other outdoor bootcamp session instead.
Less than 24 hours' notice
Inside 24 hours your place can't be cancelled or moved, and the class counts as used.
No-show
If you don't attend your booked outdoor bootcamp class and haven't cancelled within the required notice period, the class counts as used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
💆Sports Massage
24 hours or more notice
You can cancel or rearrange your massage appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Less than 24 hours' notice
Cancellations or rearrangements made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
No-show
If you don't attend your massage appointment without cancelling, the full appointment fee will be charged.
⚠️Please note
The 24-hour cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, childcare problems, work commitments, transport issues or changes to your plans.
I completely understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. I may waive the cancellation charge at my discretion in exceptional circumstances, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If you arrive late for a PT session or sports massage, your appointment will still finish at the originally booked time.
Why do I have a cancellation policy?
When you book with EBC, I set that time or place aside specifically for you. At short notice, it is often impossible to fill that space with another client.
This policy protects my time and my business while still giving everyone a reasonable 24-hour window to make changes to their booking.
