Deleting Your Account

You can delete your Edinburgh Bootcamp account, and everything we hold about you, from inside the EBC app or from this website. You do not need to email anyone and you do not need to install anything.

In the EBC app

Open Account, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete my account.

On this website

Log in, go to your account, and use Delete my account at the bottom of the page.

What gets deleted

Your login, your bookings past and future, your credit balance and your notification history. Upcoming bookings are cancelled and the places freed up for other people. Unused credits are lost. None of it can be undone.

What we keep, and why

Records of payments stay with Stripe, who process them for us, because we are required to keep financial records. They no longer identify you in our system.

If you have a membership

Cancel your membership first — deleting your account does not end a payment plan, and we would rather stop the money than have it run on quietly. If you are stuck, contact us.
